Project Covitality

What is the Covitality Principle?

Developing positive personal mindsets is a synchronized process. For example,  gratitude is nurtured when a teacher or friend helps a student with a complex math problem. The student being helped feels grateful for the support, and this also boosts their self-efficacy when they realize, "I can do this!" When we talk about global well-being, the concept of covitality highlights the benefits arising from various biological competencies and strengths, complex personality models, and positive psychology/education.
